Endpoint for retrieving the OpenID Provider Configuration document (provider metadata), which describes this authorization server's endpoints and supported capabilities. Per OpenID Connect Discovery, the document is served at the standard location derived from the issuer — https://authapi.voxtelesys.net/.well-known/openid-configuration — not under the /api/v1 base path.
